Coral Gables has… Gallery Night (first Friday of the month – 6pm – 10pm).

Coconut Grove has… Gallery Walk (first Saturday of the month – 7pm – 11pm).

Wynwood/Midtown Miami/Design District has… Art Walk and Design Night (second Saturday of the month – 6pm – 10pm).

Little Havana has… Viernes Culturales (Cultural Fridays) (last Friday of the month 7pm – 11pm)

South Florida is in the middle of an Art and Cultural explosion, with the Art Districts mentioned above holding art events every month. World renowned Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Miami leading the way, Downtown Miami/Brickell is positioned to become the Art & Cultural epicenter of the Americas and the rest of the World. With Miami Art Museum (MAM) coming out of the ground in Bicentennial Park and Miami-Dade College’s Freedom Tower serving as a cultural beacon, along with the obvious championship future of our Miami Heat basketball team, all the elements are in place to accomplish greatness. For all these reasons, the time is now to launch Urbanite Fridays™, a celebration of Art, Music, and Culture on the second Friday of the month.

Downtown Miami/Brickell’s residents and professionals is a highly desired demographic group. This group which lives, works, and plays within a 5 mile radius of Bayfront Park is a marketers’ dream. Highly educated, affluent, and culturally diverse, this fine group of individuals knows and is able to appreciate all that is important about life.
